ADVANCED COMPOSITE SOLUTIONS    

Involved into the hightechnology of Formula 1 has led 2002 to the developemnent of a bionic composite structure. 2003 in the startup we have produced first prototypes, which have found meanwhile applications in transmission and rudder shafts.

The HPOSC technology features a double-wall carbon-fiber honeycomb structure that is obtained through a so-called "one-shot-process", i.e. through a single curing cycle. This ensures maximum homogeneity of the CFRP parts for an optimum distribution of the internal forces. Various profiles can be optimised in terms of their torsional, flexural, tensile and compressive strength and also in terms of weight in order to adapt them to the specific requirements of each application.

The design principle can be adapted to almost every shape – panels, tubes, square parts or aerodynamic and hydrodynamic sections. Hence it lends itself to a wide range of applications.
