After technical high school, finishing 1994, started with gaining manual experience with a teaching in traditional and modern boat building.

3 years followed in the automobile supplier industry in the service area, where experiences in organisation, documentation, maintenance, quality safeguarding, repair etc., were gained, regarding the industry standard. A workshop, private until this time, got parallel founded for carbon-fibre technology. This led to getting involved in motor sport.

Important experiences were gathered by joinning the realization of the racing cars TF101 and TF102 at Toyota F1 in Cologne / Germany, ongoing experiences were made in the carbon-fibre technology. The change to Maranello/Italy to the Scuderia Ferrari was carried out 2001.
